Terms of Use
Daily is a free personal tool, provided as-is. what you create is yours. be decent — don't upload anything illegal, and don't abuse crews or attack the service. you can leave any time and take your data with you.
1Agreeing to these terms
Using Daily means you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the app.
2What Daily is
A free, personal daily planner. It's provided "as is," without warranties. We work to keep it running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free.
3Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for what happens under your account. Please give accurate information when you sign up.
4Your content is yours
You own your tasks, notes, and photos. You give us permission to store and display them back to you — and to your crew, for anything you choose to share with the room — so the app can work. We claim no other rights over your content.
5Using it fairly
Don't use Daily to store or share anything illegal, to harass or harm others in a crew, or to attack, overload, or work around the service's security. Photos you share to a room are visible to that crew, so share accordingly.
6Crews
Crews are small and invite-based. You're responsible for what you post into a room, and you can leave a crew at any time.
7The code
Daily's source is published on GitHub under the MIT license, so you're free to read it, learn from it, and reuse it under those terms.
8Ending your use
You can stop and delete your account any time — email hello@getdaily.day. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or abuse the service.
9Liability
Daily is a free personal tool. To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of it, and it's provided without warranty of any kind.
10Changes
We may update these terms; when we do, we'll change the effective date at the top.
